Sunday morning, March 5 2024, traveling with my family up I85 and had an oil leak. Thank goodness it was near South Hill Va. I pulled into the Autozone parking lot and a helpful customer told me to call Joe. He arrived in 30 minutes and had my car repaired within a couple hours. It was a huge blessing since no auto shops were open nor were any rental car companies. We thought we were stranded until Joe arrived and repaired our car right there on the spot. I highly recommend his services. Thanks Joe!
Highly recommended with a reasonable price & fast reliable service! Traveling on I-95 with my family stopped for gas however my Hyundai wouldn’t start back up. Gas station employee recommended Joe’s mobile auto repair. Called Joe and he came within 30 minutes. Nervous at first in an unfamiliar town, however Joe made us feel safe & assured his 40+ years experience will resolve the issue. It sure did! Told me he could replace my serpentine belt and a pulley on my truck, price he told me was $380 day later still had the squeak sounded worse, took it to the dealer shop said nothing was replaced on my truck. Joe’s mechanic will scam you out of money. I should have known because he never wanted to meet face to face. Told me to leave my truck in the back of his and never saw him. Texted me it’s done and then told me to leave the money in his work truck. I’m going to need my money back.
