We were in a pinch, had to move out of our house very quickly, and didn’t know how long we would need storage for. Lee’s help from the very start was amazing—super easy move-in and brilliant communication. We ended up only needing the unit for a few weeks, and we immediately received our bond back along with a refund for the unused portion of the month. Such a smooth and safe experience. After having rented storage at Joes Mini Warehouses for 18 months I can highly recommend their service. Lee was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive with any communication, on every occasion. Fantastic experience storing a car with Lee and her team here. The best storage facility I have dealt with in Cairns, by a long way. Fantastic and attentive customer service, cannot recommend highly enough.

Just moved my stuff out of Joes Storage after 3 months. I must say the experience of storing there was excellent. Having never had to store my belongings before I was very daunted initially but the manager Owner / Lee made everything so simple for me and went out of her way to make sure I was settled. The price was also very good in comparison to others I tried at the time. Would highly recommend.
