Very happy with the service and transparency. Joe was a lifesaver, he fit our vehicle in when we were in a time crunch. Definitely going to be coming back!
We need more mechanics like him. He was prompt with his communication, very efficient, and he stayed back past his closing time on a Sunday to help me out.
Hi guys, just wanted to let you know had an issue with my Ford Ranger and gave Joe a call on a Saturday afternoon of all times. He was happy to take my call and let me know I could come by at any stage on a Monday as it was an urgent fix that was needed. On the Monday I then went out to him and he plugged the diagnostic tool in and fixed it within a few moments. I couldn’t be more grateful that he was happy to help. Customer service was amazing and got the job done with no stress
DO NOT RECCOMMEND! I got my fuel pump changed by this flop. Cost me almost $3000. After getting my car back I told him it smelled like fuel but told me it was normal. Of course I never wanted to see him again because I feel like he robbed me of money. Now I’ve just found out that he installed a faulty fuel pump and caused my car more problems! Don’t go to this flop.
