i came to this furniture store looking for mattresses and boxes for my new house. the big guy was nice but the quality of the mattresses was not good comparing to other furniture stores. You would think a furniture would have the best mattresses but i guess not. The Dollar Store couple stores down has better mattress and boxes and 5 different types of mattresses to choose from. The customer service at this location was great. However the product was not so great. After the delivery drivers brought the merchandise, assembled and left my home, the screws in my chairs begin to fall out the bottom. I called the store to have the drivers come back to correct the issue. (Took 3 days) The drivers instructed that the screws were too short and they gave us new screws that were too longer. they instructed us to not screw them in all the way.
