Very good place to get watch batteries replaced. Quick service, had 2 watches done in about 15 minutes. Very reasonable rates. Highly recommend this store.
Is this store ever open?
I have been visiting Joe's store for several years. Purchases, repairs and cleaning all flawless, enjoyable experiences. His personal attention to every customer I've seen there is rare in retail. He loves his work, cares about his customers and is fair to all. Joe's is the standard for a family owned and operated company. There are less and less of them around. Experience and enjoy it while you can.
I would not recommend Joes Jewelry for repairs on your nicer pieces. Read the great reviews and took my wedding set in for broken prong repair. Our usual jeweler in Atlanta charges $35 for this fix, Joe charged $70... but what the heck, let's keep it local and maybe even save some time by not having to drive or ship. Two weeks later we go to pick up, sloppy job on ALL the prongs and gold on the face of the diamond. I was told this is normal. I asked for it to be remedied to the original look. Small place, but excellent work, broken steel watch band, other jewelers couldn’t fix because it was a more complex pin and collar system, he had done in 2 hours, and that was with others to work on, too. 5 stars, excellent work 😃
