After reading reviews online we popped into Joes to see if he could help resize an opal ring (a delicate process many jewellers won’t take on). Joe did an incredible job protecting to stone from damage, and resizing the gold ring. Completely unnoticeable. Price was absolutely great and reasonable. Not only did he restore its shape perfectly, but he also took the extra step of adjusting the fit so it’s now more comfortable and secure than it was originally, as it used to be a bit loose.
