There's no zero star option so take this one star VERY lightly. This companies customer service is terrible. There was a fraudulent purchase for a pair of jeans made of over $250 dollars. When Joe's was contacted we were told that we would still have to pay for return shipping for a purchase that was never authorized. After some back and forth they said a return label would be sent over, but surprise surprise it never was. That's when we realized the bank would be the only way to get the money back. My husband and I went to the store today without the intention of buying anything. We ended up purchasing a few pairs of jeans; we could not resist the memorial day discount, lol. The two ladies who assisted us, Naami and another super nice lady, were beyond nice and friendly. Thanks again.
