The treats are great but the policies are illogical. To be convenient for both me and the store I ordered online but that somehow makes me exempt from rewards, which is absolutely silly. It’s either wait in the ridiculously long line for a punch or be practical. Make it make sense

Edit: I love this place but when you spend $50 on ice cream for 5 people (way overpriced but it is a reminder of home), I expect them not to make any mistakes. Anyway, they got my daughters order wrong twice. We ordered a waffle cone. First it was in a cup, then they handed us the wrong cone. It's all good. She ate it. It comes from my neck of the woods. It doesn't get much better than ice cream made with Pennsylvania cream!!! If you've been to the Pennsylvania Farm Show you know EXACTLY what I'm talking about.
Best Italian ice and ice cream. Dairy free options. Must get off to see the inside.
Tried their chocolate ice cream, it was soo good and authentic. Would visit again when I’m in Tempe.
