Joe is super friendly and was a pleasure to deal with. It is clear why this shop has been around for decades.
I brought my vehicle in for a new alternator. Joe was very efficient and honest (my truck was finished in 4 hrs!). A super friendly nice guy who even called me the following day to make sure everything was functioning ok!
I have been taking my cars to Joe's International since 1983. I can always count on Joe to give me an honest assessment and to provide quality service and product. His help with my two sons' cars in particular has proven invaluable, and our entire family is grateful for his commitment to making sure our vehicles get us where we have to go safely.
Customer service is lacking The owner is not receptive or helpful. Always refuses to assist his customers. Has no telephone etiquette either
