We've been using Joe's Hometown Auto for almost 10 years. I have an unexplained problem with my vehicle since it was new. The dealer quit trying to help. I brought it to Joe's and was quoted a fair price. I agreed to the testing, knowing they might not find anything either. Ultimately, they tried for 2 days, could not find the problem, and then refused to let me pay. Turned out the issue with my car was something very minor, but there was "No charge" even they still had to spend some time diagnosing. I'll definitely return for any future maintenance needs!

I have been to several Auto repair facilities around the area. It is frustrating dealing with repair personnel that quote the "I really don't want to do it" price or the practice of convenience part replacement, adding more cost. Finding a trustworthy Auto Repair team can be difficult. It took a little while and a few headaches before landing at Joe's Hometown Auto.
