Joe's home appliance was contracted by my home warranty to fix my refrigerator. They were notified on a Monday, their earliest day they could schedule me was the following Thursday late afternoon because they were "real busy", and then they never showed up for this appointment! I called several times both on Thursday and again on Friday morning only to be greeted by a recorded message saying that they were not available (like the kind of message you put on your home phone). Joes home appliance was contracted out by samsung to fix my refrigerator. They showed up to look at it, came in, we're very short with me, just took a glance at my fridge, said they had to order parts and left. In and out in less than five minutes. I asked a few questions, got barely an answer, and they were gone. Heard from them two days later and they said the part would be in the next day.
