Went above and beyond to do the job completely and correctly!! Fixed back sink drain all the way through to the basement, and then found a supply line leak and fixed that too!
Called and talked to Joe personally about a leaking faucet he said he was able to come down the next day between 10:30-1 we waited all day and 5 pm still no show. I even sent pics of the pipes and everything so he could see what was going on. I texted him twice once at like 12:45 and the other time was at like 1:30 got no response at all. This was over a week ago and I still have not heard from him. My go to plumber!! Always fixes whatever I’ve called about in a timely manner. Called the other day about a water heater and Joe fit me in his day and had it fixed in minutes. Great service always guarantees lifetime customers. Great communication from Alyssa in the office as well to fit us in.
