He was a very positive experience for there was a lot of pre-appointment communication and even day of communication. I knew who is going to show up and win. I had another company come out and they couldn't figure out what was going on. Joe showed up and figured it out in 5 min! He was very professional and explained everything to me. I will definitely use this company in the future!
Needed a simple service for our AC unit. Anthony was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Took care of everything and made sure to review the service with me afterwards. He also spoke to me before doing any work to let me know what he found and what he is doing for the unit. The scheduling department when I called in was friendly and accommodating. I had a great experience with this company and recommend them highly!
Joe was on time, friendly, and obviously knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the wiring problems left by a previous service person that left our electrostatic air cleaner inoperative.
Joe was awesome! I had this company come to give a second opinion. The first company suggested that the TVX valve needed to be replaced and it would take 2 weeks for the part to arrive. I called these guys and were at my house within 2 hours. They diagnosed the problem as being the compressor and was able to get the part the next day. Very fast, reliable, and knowledgeable. I'm so happy to have a cool house again! Would definitely recommend.
