Joe is an amazing guy whether it be your dietary issues coaching for training whatever it is you need Joe's got it he makes time for you individually you are not just a number to the guy he actually cares about the client I don't care if you live clear in the morning if you got the time and you want one of the best coaches in my opinion in the state of Iowa get over here and meet Joe

Definitely recommend this gym. One of the best atmospheres if you are into bettering yourself. Each member makes you feel welcomed and they are encouraging.
