we appreciated that they tried the repair When I noticed a crack in one of the lower corners of our bedroom window, I wanted to get it either fixed or replaced right away. I contacted Joe's Glass, who came out immediately and gave us the option of trying to do a repair or going with a replacement. I appreciated their honesty and opted for the repair. The repair has held up really well and isn't bad looking at all. They were able to save us money going this route instead of trying to go the more expensive way.
