Took my vehicle to them under warranty and work was done quickly and they were communicating with me throughout the whole entire process . Second time I’ve brought my vehicle for maintenance with them and will continue to bring it to this shop . Great service and efficiency at a great price , staff is very friendly and helpful and worked around my work schedule for drop off and picking up . 100% recommend and always recommend this auto shop to friends and family !
Julia's Auto care was a very pleasant experience. Even when it took me several months from the time that they originally looked at my vehicle until I could get it into their shop, they were patient and accommodating. I had to have a motor replaced in my 2021 F-150 because of a warranty issue. I was very pleased with the service. They kept me up to date on what was going on with my vehicle and I have had no problems out of my vehicle since that time.
