I was so torn for years to leave a review about Joe. I kept excusing his behavior but he always argues with me and makes inappropriate comments about my personal life making me uncomfortable. His work is very inconsistent sometimes he will do a really great job and sometimes I’ve had to come back to get it repaired for the second time. I have had my last straw with his gaslighting.
