We have been using Joe's for about 2 years now and subscribe to the monthly program. In the beginning service was great and the hand wash on the front, rear and mirrors was excellent. That has not been the case in the past few months. However, my recent trip through was a totally different experience. On Friday 10/10 Kenneth was working and took the time to actually do a hand scrub like they used to do on the front of my car. It looked great and I really appreciate the time that Kenneth took to do such a great job!!!!
