Joe did a great job. He provided great communication and also described/showed everything he observed and perfomed. We wouldn't definitely use him again.

Joe did a great job of explaining what he could do (clean rigid vents) vs not do (clean flexible ones - they will tear). He checked the vent with a camera, before and after - and sent me the video. He did a great job at a fair price. Highly recommend!
