Joe did a great job of explaining what he could do (clean rigid vents) vs not do (clean flexible ones - they will tear). He checked the vent with a camera, before and after - and sent me the video. He did a great job at a fair price. Highly recommend!
Over the weekend I searched long and hard for dryer vent cleaning services. Out of everyone that I reached out to, Joe was the quickest to respond to my inquiry. Joe was friendly and upfront with what he would be able to do and how much it would cost. On the day of the appointment, Joe arrived on time, was extremely professional and went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done. Joe coming into our lives was a true blessing. We thought that our dryer vent was blocked with lint and called for a blow out. Joe came quickly and did a very detailed inspection of the vent both outside and in with his camera.
