its unfortunate to hear about your bad expeiriences. but i have used JOES CARPET for four years now and i have nothing but great things to say! the service was impecable and my carpets are gleeming! i have used other companies before and i was so upset when they left. my carpets would smell and still have stains on them! joes carpet came out that day and deoderised them an cleaned them again. i was so happy with the results i have been using them ever since. they are also very compeditive with there pricing too! i would reco... read more
The man who came to my house seemed nice but really didnt do a good job. My rugs turned color and had a weird residue left on them and they refused to compensate me for my loses.
This guy left tons of soap and water in my rugs which caused fungus to grow and i had to have them recleaned by real professionals. He was very fast talking and charged too much, maybe they should stick to installations or find a new career path!
