I got stuck on the road 2.5 hours away from home with a transmission that decided to go out. Joe was extremely nice and helpful. I wasn’t sure what to do, but he took great care of me. He is an extremely kind and helpful man. I appreciate what he did for me!
Highly recommend! I had my Cadillac in multiple Cadillac dealerships for 9 months. They continued to tell me I was crazy and the problem I was reporting was normal for a turbo engine. I knew it wasn't right because I never had these issues before. I brought my car to Joe and he found the issue and fixed it right away!!
