Beware!!! I'd give it ZERO stars if it would let me. It would seem Joe Osmer does not have established prices for his towing service but instead makes up what ever price floats into his head. My daughter-in-law was in an auto accident and was told at the scene the tow would cost $125.00; the car was towed less than 2 miles to his shop because he wouldn't tow it to her house.
