I was very impressed with the knowledge of the team here. I was very grateful for their feedback even though they could of sold me something double the price they provided the correct guidance on my new boots. Customer service and quality of staff and products are at the top level. Don't buy your boots anywhere else. Thanks guys.

This boot shop is a hidden gem. Lots of boots, hats and shoes. My wife found a cool pair of Blundstones and was drawn in by the range of Dr martens!! Oh and the leather care stock they had on the shelf..!!! Nice to have real service with real people… Holidaying from Adelaide - still bought up on the boots

As an authorised Antler luggage repairer, I took my Antler suitcase to Joe's for a handle replacement (outside of warranty). The job was done super quick but seriously, who would think to out a brown handle on a black bag. When I mentioned it to the lady serving me, her comment was "At least it's easily identifiable now." It's a carry on bag, I don't need it easily identifiable, I'd have expected a black handle or at least communication with me to advise otherwise.
