Went in to buy a $600 pair of Red Wings, stood there like a shag on a rock for 15 minutes until who I assume was the owner out of frustration asked what I wanted, tried some boots on and he couldn’t have been less interested in serving, like I was a terrible inconvenience. Bought em online instead for $10 more expensive. Worth every cent.
Were honest & said could not insert a gusset to increase the calf diameter of my long high heeled leather boots which had scrunched leather from ankles to knee. Rather honesty like this than a bad job
The best shoe store! Incredibly well stocked - both in colours and sizes! And they sell a huge selection of Blundstone boots. Met the owner and he was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend shopping here! Thanks mate!
Terrible customer service. Feels like you're annoying the bloke just by stepping into his shop. Just wants your money and to see the back of you.
