I haven't had any body work here, but his Towing service is very good! I broke down & waited 3 hours for AAA to arrive. Instead of waiting any longer, I called Joe's towing & had a very nice driver named Garrett pick up the truck within 15 minutes and deliver it to the repair shop. Only cost me $80. AAA called back at 11:30pm to tell me they found a tow company to get my truck 7.5 hours later. Wish I had called Joe's immediately instead of depending on a service we pay yearly for. I would like to give this body shop an absolute 100% five-star review because I was on the freeway of i-69 for a very long time and after 3 or 4 Michigan State Police passed me a gentleman and a wrecker decided to actually help somebody that was in need. I finally made it to exit 113 and the amazing help that Travis gave me was absolutely amazing. I think Travis was his name, but if you ever need anything, this body shop is definitely a very helpful body shop.
They towed a vehicle from Byron to Perry for me. Showed up on time and fairly priced.
A driver came out and saved me and my 2 year old daughter today! We are beyond grateful! He arrived within minutes of calling and changed our tire very fast while also making sure we were safe and calm in a desperate situation! Our tire blew out on the express way in a snow storm. Highly recommended this place to anyone! Thank you to the man who helped us today!
