I would NEVER recommend Joe’s Bobcat Service to anyone to use this contractor, and rate him with a 0! Joe’s Bobcat Service was hired to build a foundation pad for a horse barn. He NEVER finished the job, and ignored the barn company that tried to correct the sizing of the pad, and ignored attempts to communicate with the owner of the non-profit company that hired him!
