Zainab's review is a flagrant exaggeration. I am a frequent patron and was present at the time. This mother and her daughter were crowding and interrupting the stylist, clearly making it difficult to do her job. The owner politely asked them to create space for the stylist so she could do her job and they were beyond rude. No one should have to deal with this type of customer, though I am sure it's not their first. I am consistently pleased with my hair cut and the staff are absolutely amazing. I wish I could give this place zero stars. The customer service here is terrible, and the hairstylists seem very poorly trained. I had a really bad experience bringing my son in for a haircut. My child moves around a lot during haircuts, so I was standing nearby to help keep him calm and still. I was being respectful the entire time, making sure the hairstylist had enough space to work while also trying to make things easier for her.
