6 workers behide the counter and it took over 20 minutes for a pork roll egg and cheese. Really they aren’t that busy. Staff is just talking and not working. First timer here and very poor service. Plus they even got the order wrong. Smh
Damn, had a pick up ready to go and I walk in greeting both a young lady and an older dude sitting behind the counter and as goodmorning spews out my mouth, the old dude couldn't be bothered speaking--still on his phone waiting for his employee, the young lady to step in and say goodmorning and ask what I was getting or picking up. Not a big deal..(I'm a huge fan of Joe's!) I always go to the Fisher Boulevard location in Toms River.. however this morning I was closer to the Beachwood location and was asked if I wanted my bagel toasted and I said "not toasted".. I got a toasted bagel 🤦
