Ordered our food and was not happy with the customer service. No one was in line and they left our plain bagel out on the counter for 5 minutes took door dash orders and other customers orders who came in after us and everyone else came out prior to ours. We ordered basic food. Just overall not pleased with this location it was our second time going there will not give them our service any more. Ps clean your fans Dust everywhere.
I ordered the egg platter NOT WELL DONE. Total disappointment. The eggs not only were overcooked, the looked like only yolks. I really didn't want potatoes. The platter came with potatoes that looked like they were days old. I ate one piece of the toast on the platter and put ketchup on the two bites of eggs. Put the remaining contents on the platter on the counter when we left. While waiting for my food, we purchased 3 bagels to take home...all three were not only over baked, they were half burnt. I don’t usually write reviews for things like this but every time I come here, my order is wrong. A pork roll egg & cheese for some reason has never been able to be executed. Always missing an ingredient- today the eggs. The bagels are good but I don’t envision myself coming back because the orders aren’t right and it’s a real hassle to walk back inside, get back in line, and have the mistake fixed. Maybe just dine in so you can confirm your order before leaving the building!
Hours of operation do not match, it says you're open but you're not.
The Toms River location specifically does such an amazing job! They give a generous amount of food and never skimp. I get the wraps and they’re so delicious and filling; I can usually eat half for breakfast and half for lunch! Great customer service and very kind staff. Thank you guys & God bless!
