I walked in and stood there for a few minutes while three employees behind the counter all ignored me. The woman at the counter was looking through her mail.

I used to come here pretty often, but I will say lately (past few months or so) I've been more and more disappointed with the food here. It's been a variety of quality issues or missing items... Such as the example seen below of my pork roll egg and cheese in which they entirely forgot the egg. Hopefully things turn around because it's convenient being close to home. That said, if one does go here, triple check your order before leaving the store, because there's a high chance something is wrong with your order.

They always have a plentiful supply of gluten free bagels (plain, everything, seasame, cinnamon raisin) which are actually good! I would say the best gluten free bagels around :)

I got the pork roll eggs and cheese on a cinnamon bagel, along with a duplicate order just on a blueberry bagel. And an nitro coffee, everything was absolutely delish! But.. I kept eating egg shells in my sand-which… I don’t appreciate a rush like that happening. The staff needs to take the time to make sure there are no egg shells in the sandwhiches going forward.. that’s my only downfall… and they should be more careful.
