Joe’s sucks. I was going in to get my brakes fixed. They said they weren’t even going to touch it which after reading all the reviews I think is a wise idea for them. I read all the reviews on Joe’s but there’s to many bad reviews for them fixing old cars and charging to much money for the effort people say Joe’s doesn’t put in. I really don’t know if people are just ranting about Joe’s cause they’re mad that it cost so much. Or whether they have a valid complaint. But I watched them put my car on the truck to get towed. Like the others have said BEWARE. I was taken advantage of at Joe's and was too young, dumb and naive to know it. Had I not just move to Bellingham at the time I'd maybe have tried somewhere else right away but I thought they did, an ok job on my first car, until the problem came back about a month later. By which point my main car decided to have problems (funny how things work) and Joe's misdiagnosed the problem, charged me $1500 for "hack" job. That car almost caught fire when I left, I thought it was brake cleaner, turne... read more
One of the best in town. My wife and I have taken our vehicles here for several years and have always recieved excellent feedback on what (if anything) is wrong with our vehicles. The recently fixed the AC in our 03 Camry and ended up costing less than what they quoted. Several of my friends also take their cars here based on my recommendation.
Joe and crew ripped me off, paid 360$ for him to fix my son's wipers. After two weeks time and 360$, the wipers did not work on moving day. It was raining and we needed to cross the pass. When I called him, he offered to check his "work". I found no evidence of work, like new wiring as I had asked for. I did not have time for more nonsense. I hope he goes out of business as he did not seem to care about anything except going to the bank.
Long time customer Have been having my truck(s) serviced with Joe since learning he was starting his business. Have always been satisified with his work, and the ease of scheduling. I have known Joe for many years, and have complete trust in his work and integrity.
joes is a great shop they have worked on my vehicle for 4 years and i have never had any problems with them . They have always treated me with respect and been truthfull about repairs needed yes they are not the cheapest guys in town , but i bleive that is because they use quality parts and have a two year warranty. Joe and Lance once told me were not the cheapest place and we are not the highist priced were in the middle and when you have a warranty problem we are here for two years for you. after hearing that I knew they w... read more
rip off artists Rip offs. Kept my sons car two weeks to fix the wipers. When I paid them plenty in full, the wipers quit two days later, no warrenty. All this on the day I was moving my son home for the summer and it was raining. They blame us because the car is old and they recommend a total new wiring harness(500$)plus their inflated labor costs to install(would have totaled ~7-900$). I had to pay another shop to fix the wipers and Joe laughed all the way to the bank. I spoke with them (Joes) on the phone several times to ... read more
Courteous Honest Repair – I've had automotive work over the last four years (and several cars) at Joe's. They have always given me good advice, had the work done in a timely manner and they are friendly. I will continue to go to Joe's and recommend it to others.
I paid a lot of money for them to fix my air conditioning and my cruise control/brake sensor. I ended up having to take my car back in to have them fix the brake sensor and cruise control a month later and my air conditioning. When I took my car in the second time, they said I had a leak in my air conditioning tube (that they didn't see the first time). My air conditioning still doesn't work. Thank you for taking my money and not fixing my car.
