Excellent service. Even picked me up when my car was all set so I didn’t have to walk back to get my car. That was very kind of him.

Excellent service with extreme transparency throughout the repair process. Joe and his mechanic took the time to listen to the customer and were thorough with their evaluation and diagnosis of the problem. Will be a returning customer and highly recommend this small business.
I’ve been coming to this shop since I’ve moved to Bristol and he did not disappoint. Every time I show up even when it’s randomly, he has everything I might need and does the job right then in there and when scheduling he always gets me in within the next day. Sometimes I just need a little help figuring out how to take something so simple off my car and he does it with no hesitation. As long as I live in Bristol he’s the man I will continue to go to for my car.
Thought I’d give Joe a try based on so many great reviews and was not disappointed. I asked him to verify a suspension noise where I was convinced it was something that needed to be replaced. I had already had it diagnosed by one of the big chain places as definitely needing parts replaced for over $350. Joe went through the car, checked all suspension components finding nothing loose or broken.
