Joe's is the best mechanic around, hands down! My husband and I took our Suzuki SX4 to three other places in the Dunkirk and Hamburg area, and no one could figure out what was wrong with it. Joe's figured out the issues and repaired them, and they even gave us discounts where they were able to.
My neighbourhood auto service - friendly, professional, reliable service that I can trust. The next day follow up phone call for customer satisfaction is awesome as it gives me time to test run my car and if something does not seem right to me -- just mention it and get it done. Not much asking - just fix it.
