Update review 3 stars: bought a new car that needed a front plate installed. I decided to take it to them instead of doing it myself. Went in with the full expectation that they would simply drill two holes and install the plate. My only, MY ONLY, wish was that they don’t put any more than two holes. Well, I was convinced to buy a bracket for the plate; was told it would look better so why not? They had to order the bracket which came in two days later. Left work early to get it installed. Staff is RUDE. I would go anywhere else.
My daughter took her car there last week. They did rear brake calipers and brakes. Told her she also needed front end work. Trusting their judgment she returned the car the next day to get the work done. After driving it home the traction control light came on and kept engaging. Had the car towed back to them. Talked to the woman on the phone and she told me they would give her a free front end alignment. The car is a nissan juke and the front end is very sensitive the alignment being off the smallest bit.
