I recently had to pull over and call Joe's Auto Service when I suddenly heard a strange noise under my car. Jim answered and told me to head right over. Now that is service!! I have been going to Joe's for 13 year's. I am always treated with courtesy, professional service and value. Joe's team came to our rescue! Our car started losing power while we were moving to MD with a kid and two cats, but we were able to limp to his shop. Not only did were they able to order and receive new parts (spark plugs and coils), and replace everything expeditiously, but they graciously brought our cats inside with the A/C while we waited. Can't sing their praises loud enough!! Thanks so much!
Here it is five years later I would like to give highest props to Paige… She is just amazing! She handles your problem. She does it with such kindness, calmness, and professionalism… Paige helps me out in every way she really does her job. Well Customer Service is her priority. As honest as they come. Highly recommend bringing your car here for work. They never push repairs on you and are incredibly fair in their pricing. They go the extra mile to make it worth bringing it to them. Excellent work and won’t take my family’s cars anywhere else
Needed a second opinion on a quote / failed inspection that I received from a separate dealership shop I went to same day and got an astronomical quote from and happened to run across Joe’s Auto Service on Google.
