Wanted a second opinion on work that needed to be done to my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Reached out to Joe’s Auto and they got me in quickly. Great communication every step of the way with things that needed immediate attention and things that will be coming up. Was detailed about prices upfront and kept their word. This helped immensely so I could make a decision on keeping the current vehicle and repairing it or moving on to something else. Would highly recommend. Jim was excellent to work with!
Was in a pinch, Cadillac wouldn't start, AAA said bad starter, towed to Joe's, got it in, fixed it, inspection, fair price. Great service.
