Always have a good experience with Joe's auto. Very friendly and helpful people. Helped to get me a lower quote than the dealer I bought my car. Edit Thought they were good, but they lied to me about changing my brakes and charged me for service. Took my car to a Mazda dealer, and my front brakes were never changed and my calipers were damaged. Edit: was able to get things resolved and learned the people who helped me were let go. Thanks for following up and remedying the situation.
Asked what the labor rate per hour was and they wouldn't tell me. Very evasive and acted extremely sketchy, not sure why they were not above board and honest about this simple question

i was in a car accident about a month ago & unfortunately my car was totaled. all i was able to keep was my tires/rims. the manager charged me $100 from the yard into the building because my car wouldn’t start. i offered to change out the tires but he refused & said that they do not allow “work done in the lot”. $40 was okay to charge for the tires to be swapped out but $100 to move a vehicle a few feet away? its ridiculous. the manager was beyond rude, not only to me but to the older women who works behind the desk. one of ... read more
I’ve been going to Joe’s Auto in Hamburg for a number of years with a number of cars. Every single time, I’ve had quality work and quick service. They have helped me with a variety of issues and I’ve been pleased with each job. Jim has gone above and beyond to accommodate me! Thank you to Paige for checking in the following day. Keep up the great work everyone and I’ll be back for sure!
