I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a repair shop at Joes Auto Service in Carmel. I originally went in for something simple — new brakes — and somehow left with over $3,300 worth of “necessary” repairs they claimed my car needed immediately. After spending all that money, I was told when picking up the car that the check engine light would “go away after about 50 miles.” That alone should have been a red flag.
