I can say nothing but good about the treatment I received from Sam, the manager, when I purchased a car at Joe's. The car he sold me was exactly as he said, was very clean and quite reasonably priced. We had some problems with the out-of-state title which Sam handled professionally. Sam will reap you off,will not offer itemized receipt and if you ask for one he will tell you he will have to add taxes. I took for him my car twice and each time he charged me 750 for a problem he never fixed. The last time I took my car for a transmission leakage he charged me 750 and when I asked for a receipt he gave me a 75dlr transmission oil charges for what he bought. If you ask for more details he becomes mad and aggressive
