Sam will reap you off,will not offer itemized receipt and if you ask for one he will tell you he will have to add taxes. I took for him my car twice and each time he charged me 750 for a problem he never fixed. The last time I took my car for a transmission leakage he charged me 750 and when I asked for a receipt he gave me a 75dlr transmission oil charges for what he bought. If you ask for more details he becomes mad and aggressive
I can say nothing but good about the treatment I received from Sam, the manager, when I purchased a car at Joe's. The car he sold me was exactly as he said, was very clean and quite reasonably priced. We had some problems with the out-of-state title which Sam handled professionally.
