Great place with friendly service. Robert helped me save money on repairs and was honest with me about my car. I am a student at CSUN and moved here from Florida. I have had bad experiences with other shops in the area, but when a friend at CSUN told me to go to Joe's I went and had one of the best experiences ever with an auto repair shop. I give them a 5 and would recommend them to anyone.
Jeff and Amy are really great! My car battery died and I would have had to tow my car into their shop (which is only a mile away) since I had no one to jump start me. This is also my first car so I don't know what to do when something goes awry. But Jeff was nice enough to actually come out to ME which saved a lot of trouble and money. He even brought the new battery and changed it right then and there. That's service. He's so so nice and they really care. Wow, what a great repair experience. Finally I found a shop that actually cares about you and your car. Jeff and Amy are great. They listened to problem and helped me understand what was wrong. Amy was great, she explained the problem from a womans point of view. I was happy my friend referred me to this ENGLISH speaking shop.
