I never leave reviews but thought I needed to because this is the best repair shop in Arizona. Greatest and most honest repair shop I’ve been to in a decade. Extremely knowledgeable and well priced. Matt was very hardworking, helpful and explained everything in detail. I’m immediately switching all my vehicles to Joe’s. An hour after I picked up my Mercedes I’ve already called three friends and told them to call Matt at Joes. Extremely grateful for such fine dependable service at a fair price.
I rarely go out of my way to leave reviews but this shop is the real deal. I spoke with Matt who was completely transparent about what was wrong with my vehicle and explained everything clearly. The price was fair and I never felt pressured. Just honest opinions and solid work.
