Joe's a rip off I took my car to Joe's auto first week of 2011 for an oil change. After a week I noticed a leak. So I returned to Joe's auto where they told me my oil pan was leaking. I agreed to have the oil pan gasket replaced. When I was paying the bill I noticed a charge for $8.00 for a new drain plug. I ask why the charge and was told the old one was stripped. I have been replacing oil in car for years and have never stripped a oil drain plug. This lead me to believe that Joe's auto had stripped that bolt on my oil chan... read more
RecommendedI highly recommend Joe's Auto @Dobson&Warner in Chandler. Eric and his crew are always professional, personable, accommodating, thorough in explaining what repairs my car needs. If they find other problems that need to be addressed they will call and thoroughly explain what needs to be done and how much it will be. No surprises!! If you need ANYTHING done on your car come to Joe's Auto on Dobson and Warner. They are amazing and not ridiculously expensive.
I went here to get my transmission fluid flushed I have a car that is basically brand new, 40,000k miles. After the service my transmission was grinding. Turns out joes auto only filled my trans fluid half way as I took it into my dealership the next day and they said it was 3 quarts to low. There are no leaks, On the receipt they state transmission issues are not due to service. They do a great job and have great prices....the dealer wanted $450 to flush 3 fliuds, I got it done at joes for $110 out the door....thanks joes!!!
they said I needed my coolant tank replaced it would be 193.00. I checked auto zone it was only 35.00 so I bought it took it to them and they said 90.00 to install (3 bolts and one hose) and for coolant (8.99 from Walmart) so I installed it myself. They totally tried to rip me off.
