DISGUSTING company that took advantage of a disabled woman and her 9 year old child after a car accident. This company EXPLOITS people. They're only open and in business because they have a contract with the city. They're holding my car hostage! Car ran out of gas on state highway. State Troopers had it towed. Joe's didn't offer to put gas in and charge me whatever the bill would be. They just hooked it and left. I am a 50 year old woman with a broken leg. This happened on a Friday evening and guess what, they can't be reached until Monday. No call back on as of yet, this is Saturday morning. I have needed items in car, glasses, meds, etc,,, All for running out of gas in an unfamiliar area....never informed by driver that it may not be until Monday....All my essenti... read more
Very nice people and very helpful. Excellent and expeditious service. I would highly recommend Joe's Auto Body!
Jack was a true professional. He made everything as easy as possible. My truck looked like new when I got it back. Plus they helped me with a rental, which is on sight.
