Joe came to fix my 5 year old washer the mother board was gone he explained how long it would take to get a new one had to come from China:( and cost would be more than a new washer he could have made money but he chose to have integrity instead!! I asked for his input on good washers - Jpe was very forthright using his experiences in suggesting the make of machine to buy!! I am very impressed with Joe in all aspects of his GREAT service and work!! THANKS JOE Jean Spong
