The lady that answers the phones refuse to set up an afternoon appointment even though she set one up for the tech guy to originally come out. She told my wife for me to miss the ultrasound of my firstborn to determine the sex. Highly unprofessional and the technician used my restroom without flushing or washing his hands.
We had a window unit repaired today. The repair man was Joe himself. He was courtious and friendly also.He found the problem quickly and fixed it.The secretary was also very polite and profesenal.We will use them again.
Had a difficult to diagnose problem with my dishwasher. Joe s service kept coming back to try different remedies. Finally, Joe himself showed up and found the problem. This company went above and beyond to assure my satisfaction. All repairs were under warranty, I didn t have to pay a cent. I ll definitely give these guys a call in the future.
Very quick and courteous service. Price was reasonable.Will call them again next time.
