I showed up to an appointment I made and he said his schedule changed and can no longer accommodate that day at all. He told me to reschedule the next day for 1pm - which I did. That day he messaged me saying he woke up late so can I stop by at 4 instead. Last time I did manage to schedule with him - (last 2 times he made issues so I couldn’t), he smoked a blunt of weed right before my haircut.
