DO NOT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY TELL YOU THEY HAVE 24/7 SUPPORT! ITS A LIE! WE HAD AN AIR MATTRESS DELIVERED AND AFTER AN HOUR IT DELFLATED AND THE MACHINE STOPPED WORKING. WE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO GET SOMEONE OUT TO HELP GET ANOTHER MACHINE AND THEY DO NOT SEND OUT HELP. THEN THEY AVOID ANSWERING YOUR CALL. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!
Worst place ever !!!!! My dad passed on hospice I've been fighting with them to come get the medical supplies for a week now because my daughter can't look at it without breaking 😢. I told them that then they said a week ago they would be here to pick up the items and no one ever showed or called then I called again today and they said they will be here tomorrow! The bed hardly worked for my dad, I wouldn't ever recommend to anyone .
