Horrible staff. Anthony who answers the phone has the worst manners, he is rude, unkind, patronizing and lacks of patient care. We have been waiting 4 months for a doctor’s appointment since Dr. Almeida came highly recommended, unfortunately his office canceled on us and wanted to reschedule us until October! Basically telling us if you don’t want to wait someone else will. So unfortunate that a high recommended doctor has so poor customer service at his office.
