For the last year I've suffered chronic shoulder, scapula, back & arm pain. My injurey accrued on a light weightlifting day at the gym. I've been to an Orthpedic Surgeon who took X-Rays visited with me a total of 7 min, sent me home on serious steroids and medication to take the pain away.
