I have been a customer of Joeltons since the beginning of the PANDEMIC, and they CONSISTENTLY provide the most amazing prices, along with seeming to only hire the kindest and most helpful staff! I live out of state, and Emily went above and beyond in helping me to have my delivered dampening buckets put into my storage unit for me, AND take out the old ones and disposing of them! So above and beyond the job description, and she was nothing but helpful and consistant the whole time through! ***** FIVE STARS SERVICE

I've used Joelton Storage for a few years now and I highly recommend them! Ben, the Property Manager, has always been very helpful anytime I had questions or needed something. They have excellent security (locked gate with code access and video cameras). The property is always clean and well-kept. The units are affordable and secure.

Since I've been with joelton storage for roughly the last 6 months, my wife and I have only the best thing's to say about them. Michelle is the best! She will work with you NO matter what the case may be. Late? No problem, just be sure to tell Michelle what kind of circumstances you're working with and she will find a way so you can work it out and keep your storage .
