Prompt service, stocked store, clean shop. Nice employees, and they attempted to make you comfortable while you wait. Had a head unit replaced job looked good after they finished so far no problems. Discovered the fader control was not working properly. When brought to their attention, they immediately denied responsibility. When in actuality if they would have checked the functions of the radio, they would have caught the issue. And it would not have cost me a additional $35.
