I'm about 1 & 1/2 years into acupuncture, from dealing with arthritis and scoliosis of the lower back. Alisa Galvin has been amazing! Sessions include acupuncture, followed by quiet rest, then a short massage. I have really learned to relax, and my pain has greatly diminished. The best thing is that Alisa tweaks her treatment as time goes by, and the results just continue to get better.
