I'm about 1 & 1/2 years into acupuncture, from dealing with arthritis and scoliosis of the lower back. Alisa Galvin has been amazing! Sessions include acupuncture, followed by quiet rest, then a short massage. I have really learned to relax, and my pain has greatly diminished.
