Joel was excellent to work with. Came and picked up and delivered my machine for a reasonable fee, asked the right questions when I was giving him my list of problems with the machine. Was finished before he thought he would, and fixed everything I needed and more! It looks and runs like a new mower! Thanks Joel, you can bet I will refer anyone Iknow that needs work done to this shop!
Wow! What a jerk! I called and asked him if he had a part. He said he'd call me back in 15 minutes. An hour and a half later, I called because he hadn't called me and he bitched me out for "pushing him and calling him over and over." I actually did call a few times but got no answer. Mind you, I've been going to this guy for years, but I will never go back if this is the way he is going to treat a good customer.
