I was having a small reoccurring issue with the company and the owner, Joel, reached out directly. The email exchange could be used for a case-study in business school to show a textbook example of conflict resolution. I won't go into the specifics, but know this company cares about their performance and reputation. Well Done.
Very poor service. Poor follow up. Did not meet expectations. Did not accept feedback when expectations were not met.

The team w/ Joel’s has taken excellent care of my property! Beginning with Chandler and her assessment of the work to be done, and the “squad” (Keith, Jay and Jere) do the work I have no problem recommending Joel’s Lawn Care to take excellent care of your lawn care needs.
The crew worked in an efficient and timely manner, were friendly and considerate of our needs for moving the car etc. I would be happy to have them on the job again.
